How are you all? I hope you are doing well. Himalaya herbals is a well-known brand in India, known for its herbal products. I have used Himalaya herbals product since I was a teenager and this brand has never disappointed me. Today the product which I am going to review is Himalaya Herbals Purifying Neem Foaming Face Wash.
Price and Shelf Life:
Himalaya Herbals Purifying Neem Foaming Face Wash (150 ml) comes for Rs. 195 and has a shelf life of 3 years.
Ingredients:
The chief ingredient in this product are neem and turmeric.
· Neem is
known for its antibacterial properties, helps to prevent pimples and acne. It
is also known to remove the problem of blackheads, whiteheads and large pores. Neem fights bacteria from root and also is known to fight against any skin
infections.
· Turmeric is a popular ingredient in our Indian community when it comes to skin care. Turmeric is known to improve the skin complexion; It is known to have both antiseptic and antibacterial properties. It helps to fight pimples,acne and gives a smooth and glowing skin.
Other Ingredients:
Ushira: Ushira powder is known to remove pimples and improve
complexion.
Inactives:
As Phenoxyethanol is a germ static and a germicidal, It helps to fight against acne causing bacteria,yeast and fungi.
potassium sorbate: This chemical is generally found in food and is a
preservative which helps to keep generation of Moulds at bay.
What the product claims..
Packaging and first impression:
Himalaya herbals purifying neem foaming face wash comes in a cylindrical shaped container with a dispenser (which I love the most) attached to it. The product looks like green water and it is due to the presence of two types of food coloring which are added to it.The product comes out as white foam which is very mild on my skin. I massage my face with this face foam for approx… one minute and then rinse it off with cold water followed by patting my face gently with a clean towel. Make sure you always PAT your face with towel and NOT RUB your face. If you rub your face then your skin may get irritated even more.
I use this face wash in winters as well as in summers, It cleanses my skin nicely and leaves it clean and fresh without drying it out a single bit. This product is very mild on my face. Before using this face foam, I was using the normal Himalaya neem face wash but it used to dry out my skin in winters a bit. I have never felt any dryness on my facial skin after using the Himalaya Purifying Neem Foaming Face Wash.
The only downside of this product is that it is not travel friendly. The liquid may spill if you keep it in your bag and your bottle turns upside down. Apart from this it is an awesome product.
What to like about this face foam
· Affordable.
· Does not dry out the skin.
· Cleanses the skin very nicely and makes you
feel fresh.
· Comes with a dispenser.
· Both men and women can use it.
What not to like about this face foam
· Not travel friendly.
