Scared of using public washrooms? Not anymore.

No matter how much we avoid using public washrooms; there always comes a situation when we have to use it. Be it malls, cinema, hospital, airport, finding clean and tidy public washrooms in India is no less than an adventure in itself. And just not talk about the horrendous smell that comes from these public washrooms.

If you are a man then it is somewhat easy, but being a woman the whole experience of using public washroom becomes very cumbersome. Women are more prone to infections caused by using public washrooms as most of the women sit on these contaminated toilet seats. According to a report by WHO(World health Organisation)  An estimated 50 % of women report having had a UTI(Urinary track infection) at some point in their lives.  And by now we all know the root cause of it.

Infection causing germs are present everywhere inside the dirty public toilets.  Not just toilet seats house these germs but also toilet door knobs, toilet surface, flush etc.
The e.coli, Staphylococcus, KlebsiellaPseudomonasProteus() present on in these public washrooms can cause nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal discomfort (pain),rashes on the skin, dysentery, UTI just to name a few.

What we do to tackle from infection while using public washrooms

I have heard many women trying all sort of aerobics poses like squatting on the toilet seats, to answer the natures call for avoiding sitting on the toilet seats. But is that safe?
Now you can argue with me about flushing the toilet, and cleaning the toilet seat before you sit on it each time with water and wiping it with tissue paper. But are you 100% sure that the microorganisms are reduced to the level where it is safe to use it?  Is it hygienic enough? And what about wasting so much of water and tissue paper?

What should we do to tackle from infection while using public washrooms

  • Use toilet seat sanitizers, like “loospray” which is a toilet seat sanitization spray.
  •  Wash/sanitize your hands thoroughly with soap after using the public washrooms.
  •  Do not keep your belongings on any counter or slab inside the washroom. You may just keep your belongings but you will come out with a lot of germs/bacteria with your belongings.

Why Loospray?

Prevents from Infection and diseases: Loospray claims to kill 99% of germs and thus making the toilet seats safe and hygienic enough to be used. Now you do not have to worry about catching an infection when you sit on the toilet seat in the public washrooms.

  • How to use Loo spray?
  • Shake: Shake the Loospray can nicely.
  • Spray: Spray on the area which you want to sanitize.

As it is rightly said prevention is better than cure. So use Loospray and avoid infection and disease like UTI, from using public washrooms.
